Content Update

We are currently working to split the WoSL sessions into smaller chunks, making them easier to watch and more suitable for small group usage. Each video will be approximately 25 minutes long and we hope to have all the streams updated by May 2026.

In the meantime, please don’t feel you need to complete each session in one sitting. The sessions are intended to be watched in two sittings with the group discussion in the middle marking the end of of the first session.

Simply pick and choose the topic you would like to explore and watch the first half of the video. Then play the second half at your next session or small group. This is how we display the videos when running Way of Spirit Life at Lighthouse London and have found it works well, followed by a time of group discussions or personal reflection.
